Project Administrator – Value-Added Services (VAS) | TFG

About the Role
TFG is seeking a Project Administrator to support our Value-Added Services (VAS) project team. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate project activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Provide administrative support to the VAS project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
📌 Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, such as project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
📌 Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
📌 Maintain and update project files, ensuring all documentation is accessible and compliant with organizational standards.
📌 Assist in creating presentations and reports for project stakeholders.
📌 Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
📌 Support risk management by assisting in identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
📌 Coordinate project resources, including internal and external stakeholders.
📌 Ensure adherence to project governance processes and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Administrator.
✅ Experience in Value-Added Services (VAS) (advantageous).
