Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Manufacturing & Technical department. We are seeking a talented individual with the relevant skills and experience for a Process Artisan role at the CCBSA Pretoria Plant. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader Production.
Key Purpose
The primary responsibility is to maintain (inspect and adjust) and repair equipment proactively as per maintenance targets. This role aims to continually improve department efficiency, optimize equipment availability, and minimize losses and risk.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs:
- Complete equipment/parts requisitions.
- Maintain equipment.
- Evaluate and repair breakdowns.
- Manage projects.
- Coach and train learners.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Start-up the bottling line.
- Delegate and monitor work allocation.
- Manage personal development and performance.
- Work shifts as per roster.
Knowledge:
- Technical principles and knowledge.
- Bottling principles and processes.
- SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) principles and procedures.

Skills, Experience & Education
- Qualified Artisan: N3-Millwright required, N6 preferred.
- Millwright Trade Test.
- At least 2 years of relevant technical experience in an FMCG environment.
