Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the effective administration, support, and maintenance of key operational processes in alignment with departmental needs, business objectives, and Nedbank’s Group Strategy. This includes ensuring adherence to GFCFS policies and procedures while supporting business operations through reliable, accurate process execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete processing tasks accurately and within agreed timelines to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Reduce financial, reputational, and operational risk through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Avoid unnecessary costs by streamlining tasks and eliminating inefficiencies.
  • Handle client queries (internal and external) promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through consistent engagement.
  • Verify and validate all activities to ensure compliance with policies and reduce risk.
  • Follow defined procedures to ensure process consistency and reliability.
  • Quickly identify, record, and correct any discrepancies.
  • Live the Nedbank values through daily interactions and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Contribute towards team success and goals through active participation and performance.
  • Take ownership of personal career development, using input from managers and peers.
  • Pursue training, gain relevant experience, and complete required certifications within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Operations Management

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or operational role
