Introduction: Our client, a well-established entity in the educational sector, presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to join them as an Office Administrator at their Ellisras office in the Lephalale area.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Correspondence Management: Handle communications with parents and clients, managing queries, feedback, and information distribution.
  2. Educational Support Communication: Provide details about nature and communication training programs, including schedules and content.
  3. Digital Platform Management: Utilize digital tools for client interaction, data management, and virtual communication.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture robust relationships with parents and clients, ensuring satisfaction and active engagement.
  5. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to client management, scheduling, and data handling.
  6. Issue Resolution and Support: Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by parents and clients.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Self-starter with a structured approach
  • Previous experience in handling bookings, inquiries, and travel arrangements would be highly advantageous
  • Client Communication Proficiency: Strong skills in engaging with parents and clients, delivering clear and effective communication.
  • Knowledge in Nature and Communication Fields: Basic understanding of the training provider’s focus areas, such as nature education and communication techniques.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in digital communication tools for correspondence and client management.
  • Empathy and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to empathize with and understand the needs of parents and clients, especially in discussions about their children’s educational needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Competence in efficiently managing schedules, correspondence, and client data.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skill in addressing and resolving queries or issues that parents or clients may have.
