Tsebo Facilities Solution is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Operations Director by coordinating, planning, and delivering effective administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Manage the diary and schedule of the Operations Director.
  • Coordinate and plan site visits.
  • Organize travel arrangements as needed.
  • Compile and consolidate monthly operational reports for EXCO meetings.
  • Organize and support monthly operations meetings.
  • Disseminate internal communications to the team.
  • Provide administrative support as requested by the Operations Director.
  • Gather and prepare documents for sign-off, approvals, and feedback; liaise with relevant managers accordingly.
  • Maintain and update all contract information and share with Legal.
  • Ensure all client information is current and accurately recorded.
  • Facilitate setup of devices and email accounts for new Facilities Managers and Site Leads.

Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
  • Proficient in computer use
  • A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial Studies is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management abilities
