Job Title: General Worker Company: Motus Aftermarket Parts Location: Boksburg, Gauteng Job Type: Permanent
Motus Aftermarket Parts, located in Boksburg, Gauteng, is currently seeking a General Worker to join our team. This role will be based in North Rand and involves various responsibilities within our warehouse operations, including stock taking, binning, picking, packing, checking, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification or equivalent literacy and numeracy skills
- Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Knowledge of spares, motor, or engine parts, as well as warehouse systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
- Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical fitness is essential
- Honest and demonstrate integrity with a clear criminal record
Key Performance Indicators include, but are not limited to:
- Binning: Organizing incoming merchandise and replenishing inventory following standard operating procedures
- Picking: Ensuring timely picking of customer and branch orders while maintaining stock integrity
- Scanner Control: Issuing and managing scanners for operational use
