Job Description Summary:
Objective: This role aims to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of operational targets and contractual obligations, while maintaining excellent housekeeping and operational standards within the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team leaders/supervisors to attain planned operational goals.
- Conduct daily inspections of the assigned area.
- Adhere to work instructions provided by superiors for specific tasks, aligning with operational needs.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and promptly report any deviations to the immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to disciplinary procedures outlined in company policies.
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures as per legislation and company policies.
- Take ownership of personal performance.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping consistently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12/Matriculation.
- Completion of Slimes Reclamation course (Advantageous).
Experience:
- Preferably 2 years of exposure/experience in the mining or related industry.
- Familiarity with MHS.
Skills, Qualities, and Abilities:
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical fitness for the job.
- Proficiency in English language (reading and writing).
- Demonstrated self-discipline.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
