We are currently accepting applications for the following position located in the Witbank, Mpumalanga area:

Position: Finance Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and promptly capture data.
  • Generate work orders with urgent and critical reports.
  • Assist in creating store reservations and purchase requisitions.
  • Record service entries and reservations in SAP.
  • Create shopping carts in SAP.
  • Provide the Work in Progress (WIP) report.
  • Adhere to finance standards, methods, and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12.
  • Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
  • Code EB (08) driver’s license.

Minimum Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in data capturing and SAP is advantageous.
