Job Overview:

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, presentations, and general office communications to ensure timely delivery of information to relevant stakeholders
  • Carry out general administrative and office support tasks
  • Organize work sessions and staff meetings, including handling all logistical arrangements for the division
  • Manage travel and accommodation bookings for the Executive in line with CSOS travel policies and procedures, ensuring a high standard of service
  • Provide comprehensive management and administrative support to the Executive

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 with secretarial training and/or a certificate in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or Executive Assistance
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, providing assistance to senior management or executives
  • Solid understanding of organizational principles, records management, and general administrative procedures
