Job Description
As a Driver Supervisor at Cartrack, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient driver operations and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driver Performance: Monitor driver metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans.
- Compliance: Ensure drivers adhere to quality standards and regulations.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on driver performance and KPIs.
- Driver Supply: Manage driver attendance and coverage to meet service level agreements.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with drivers, client store managers, and supervisors.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Customer-centric approach and understanding of driver needs
- Familiarity with the gig economy and on-demand services
- Proficiency in communication tools and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Data analysis skills using MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
