Role: Store Support (Driver)
This role involves providing general assistance in our stores to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and have a positive experience with our brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products are consistently well-stocked and displayed to the highest standard.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a pristine appearance of our spaces and products.
- Maintain the customer area, ensuring it is always well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
- Keep the storeroom organized and tidy.
- Assist in moving and preparing stock for the retail floor.
- Process customer payments at the Point of Sale and manage the cash desk when needed.
- Be available to work on weekends as required.
Experience Required:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in a customer-focused role.
- Valid South African driver’s license.
