Role: Store Support (Driver)

This role involves providing general assistance in our stores to ensure our customers receive outstanding service and have a positive experience with our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products are consistently well-stocked and displayed to the highest standard.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a pristine appearance of our spaces and products.
  • Maintain the customer area, ensuring it is always well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
  • Keep the storeroom organized and tidy.
  • Assist in moving and preparing stock for the retail floor.
  • Process customer payments at the Point of Sale and manage the cash desk when needed.
  • Be available to work on weekends as required.

Experience Required:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in a customer-focused role.
  • Valid South African driver’s license.
