About the Role
As a Driver/Messenger, you will be responsible for collecting and distributing documents between various sections and departments, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will perform basic administrative duties, including serving beverages to guests and management, handling electronic files and papers, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that assigned company vehicles are clean, in good working condition, and ready for use at all times.
- Maintain safe and correct operation of vehicles at all times, promptly reporting any need for repairs or maintenance.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Collect and deliver internal and external mail promptly.
- Make timely payments of local bills as directed by the Finance Department.
- Deliver stock items efficiently, completing any necessary paperwork in line with company policies.
- Provide transport for visiting suppliers and other guests, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times.
- Disseminate information through telephone, websites, mail services, and email.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper files.
- Serve beverages to the management team and guests.
- Deliver facsimiles and distribute them accordingly.
- Prepare travel vouchers and perform word processing, basic bookkeeping, and filing tasks.
- Assist the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative staff as needed.
- Perform additional duties related to your position as directed by the Department Head.

Qualifications
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- With or without a degree, but must have basic literacy and numeracy skills, along with English communication abilities.
- This is an entry-level role with no prior job-related experience required.
Essential:
- A valid Qatari Driving License.
- Up to 2 years of experience.
- Experience in providing high standards of customer service.
- Safe and competent driving skills with knowledge of Qatar and key locations.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
- A good standard of IT literacy.
Preferred:
- Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage.
