Full Job Description: DRIVER
Responsibilities and Duties:
The company driver is tasked with various duties and responsibilities including conveying materials, equipment, and staff to required destinations.
Role:
- Load and unload organization merchandise.
- Complete all paperwork accurately related to merchandise transportation.
- Safely transport products, materials, and staff to designated locations.
- Ensure the safety and security of products and staff.
- Address client inquiries to the best of ability.
- Ensure prompt transportation of staff and materials as directed by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles inside and out.
- Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks of vehicles.
- Accurately record vehicle information.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks to ensure proper functioning.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Valid code 14 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Minimum 5 years’ driving experience with a clean driving record
- Understanding of transportation laws
- Good judgment in traffic situations
- Knowledge of basic car mechanics
- Familiarity with local organizations, airline offices, hotels, and restaurants

- Must be medically fit.
