Key Performance Indicators:
- Pre-departure and return vehicle inspections
- Handing inspection lists to Dispatch Supervisor weekly
- Immediate reporting of vehicle errors
- Parcel checks with supervisor before loading
- Timely delivery of parcels according to schedule
- Adherence to POD and RFC procedures
- Completing trip sheet documentation and receiving POD
- Maintaining and cleaning the vehicle
- Reporting delivery or POD issues to the dispatch supervisor
