Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport government officials, employees, and goods to designated locations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is maintained in good working condition, including regular servicing and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods, where necessary.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.


  • Valid South African Code 10 driver’s license with a valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience.
  • Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
  • Excellent knowledge of local and national road networks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in other South African languages is an advantage.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
