Company Introduction: Phakisa Holdings is currently seeking a qualified PICKER PACKER DRIVER for the Bloemfontein area, offering a monthly salary of R 10,000.00.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Receiving, verifying, allocating, and processing goods and stock items.
• Fulfilling order picking requirements.
• Managing GRN shipments and notifying relevant parties.
• Properly marking and arranging goods in designated store locations.
• Delivering orders to customers.
• Monitoring shipments in transit and conducting follow-ups.
• Proficient in understanding trip sheets and effective planning.
• Conducting stocktakes.
• Processing and communicating receipt of non-conforming items.
• Maintaining Delivery Vehicles through monthly inspections and cleaning.
• Attention to detail to identify errors or defects.
• Exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
• Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Efficiency in multitasking and working at a fast pace.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
• Completion of Grade 12.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift Driver License would be advantageous.
• PDP certification would be advantageous.
• 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, including involvement in stocktaking.
• Fluent communication skills.
• Reliability and dependability.
• Ability to follow instructions while also demonstrating initiative.
• Residency in or around the George area.
