Introduction
Phakisa Holdings is seeking a Picker Packer Driver in Bloemfontein with a monthly salary of R10,000.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, allocate, and process goods and stock items.
- Pick orders accurately.
- Handle GRN shipments and notify all relevant parties.
- Mark and arrange goods in designated store locations.
- Deliver orders to customers.
- Track and follow up on shipments in transit.
- Understand and utilize trip sheets and planning effectively.
- Conduct stock takes.
- Process and communicate the receipt of non-conforming items.
- Maintain delivery vehicles, including monthly inspections and cleaning.
- Pay attention to detail to identify errors or defects.
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Operate efficiently at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Possess strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Grade 12 education.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift driver license (advantageous).
- Professional Driving Permit (PDP) (advantageous).
- 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment with stock taking responsibilities.
- Fluent communication skills.
- Reliable and able to take instruction as well as initiative.
- Residence in or around the George area.
Package & Remuneration
- R10,000 per month.
