Qualifications:
- Matric
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Valid PDP
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years
Duties: General:
- Safely delivering office-related documents within specified deadlines.
- Analyzing delivery addresses, determining optimal routes, and maintaining schedules.
- Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting, and operating the delivery vehicle.
- Completing the logbook and promptly reporting incidents to the supervisor.
- Strict adherence to road rules and regulations.
- Performing vehicle inspections, including fluid levels and tire pressure checks.
- Scheduling regular car service appointments and reporting any issues.
- Booking car wash services to ensure the vehicle’s interior and exterior cleanliness.
- Professional interaction with customers.
- Adherence to company operating policies and procedures.
- Collecting parcels and deliveries from reception.
- Delivering items between departments, such as newspapers, documents, and packages.
- Sorting items based on the delivery route.
- Recording information, including items received and delivered.
- Collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming mail.
- Collecting, sealing, and stamping outgoing mail.
- Handling vehicle license renewals.

- May be required to work overtime, including weekends and after hours.
Line Manager:
- Keeping the line manager informed of all projects and the status of deliverables.
