Position: Driver
Key Responsibilities
- Safe & Reliable Transportation
- Transport passengers, goods, or materials safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Inspections
- Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure timely servicing and repairs to prevent breakdowns.
- Route Planning & Time Management
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely arrivals.
- Adapt to traffic, weather, and unforeseen conditions.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate trip logs, delivery records, and vehicle inspection reports.
- Monitor fuel levels, mileage, and vehicle condition for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (valid license, adherence to road rules, etc.).
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Follow all safety procedures, including seatbelt use and cargo security.
- Assist with loading and unloading when required.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Excellent communication, navigation, and time management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a professional driver role.
- Proficiency in English (Essential).
- Computer literacy (MS Office) (Essential).
- Valid Code B Driver’s License (Essential).
- Valid Code C Driver’s License (Desirable).
- A professional driving permit (PDP) is an advantage.
- Must have own reliable transport (Essential).
- Capable of lifting and moving goods as required.
Work Conditions
- Must be available after hours and on weekends due to the nature of the hospitality industry.
- Willing to undergo occupational assessments.
