Job Overview:

This role involves executing key operational processes at station and hub locations, including ground operations, dispatch, pick-up and delivery (both domestic and international), sorting, and packing. The position ensures that all tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and safely while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-road operations, including courier services, dispatch, and deliveries.
  • Handle both domestic and international pick-up and delivery processes.
  • Ensure timely and safe execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all operational activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve business goals.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in daily operations.
