Coastal Hardware is currently in search of a proactive and well-organized individual to assume the role of Personal Assistant/Driver. The ideal candidate will not only excel in administrative and driving responsibilities but will also bring valuable sales experience to contribute to the company’s growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage and organize the sales manager’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes during meetings as needed.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Driver Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the sales manager to and from various locations throughout Mauritius for meetings and appointments.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, well-maintained, and ensure it is in good working condition.
- Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency and punctuality.
- Assist with errands and deliveries as required.
Sales Support:
- Utilize sales skills to identify opportunities and promote company products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather market intelligence and contribute to sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Sales experience in the building materials industry is highly desirable.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Package & Remuneration: The position offers a market-related salary ranging between R18,000 to R20,000 per month based on experience.
