Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within your assigned area while performing duties.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to the picking GLC743218 & Binning GLC743219 work procedures.
- Support fellow team members as needed.
- Be available for overtime work when necessary.
- Achieve a picking rate of 19 lines per hour.
- Ensure timely delivery of all picked parts to the correct chutes.
- Secure all picked parts properly to prevent any instances of parts falling off.
- Return all work equipment to the designated area and store it properly when not in use.
- Familiarize yourself with Section 14 of the OHS Act as discussed during your induction.
- Follow the company’s work safety procedures diligently.
- Maintain a safe work environment and promptly report any unsafe acts or conditions.
Requirements:
- Matriculation or Abet Level 4.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse setting.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient communication skills.
- General knowledge of spare parts identification, verification, and comprehension.
- Willingness to collaborate as a team player and assist other team members.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
- Possession of crane and forklift licenses would be advantageous.
