Purpose of the Position:
To accurately record (data capture) and audit patient files and referring doctors’ requests based on service request forms. Ensure correct data capturing of all formats of service request forms according to Ampath, LIS, CDC protocols, SLAs, targets, quality standards, and TAT requirements.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Experience: Data capturing experience
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture data from patient application forms (service request forms) into the relevant Meditech Application Database to maintain SLA adherence and system integrity.
