Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Courier Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of packages and parcels to designated locations on time. They will also maintain accurate delivery records and provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers, stores, service centers, and drop-off points with accurate documentation and stock.
- Return undelivered stock, pick-ups, and incorrectly loaded items to the service center.
- Ensure proper handling and care of stock, vehicles, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Provide customer-centric service during interactions.
- Demonstrate effective self-management and teamwork.
Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of products and services.
- Principles of transportation and distribution safety.
- Records maintenance.
- Extensive geographical knowledge.

Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Valid driver’s license with PDP.
- At least 3 years of experience as a courier driver.
