Job Details:
- Position: Code 14 Driver
- Location: Durban
- Salary: R62 per hour
Requirements:
✅ Valid Code 14 Driver’s License with PRDP
✅ DGP (Dangerous Goods Permit) – Essential
✅ Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in the chemical industry
✅ Strong knowledge of hazardous material handling and safety protocols
✅ Clear criminal record and sober habits
✅ Good communication skills (English)
✅ Familiarity with Durban and surrounding areas
✅ Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport hazardous chemicals following industry regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
- Work efficiently to meet delivery schedules
