Job Overview
Elite is looking for a reliable and responsible Code 10 Messenger Driver to join our team in Boksburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and stock, ensuring timely and efficient service while maintaining the company’s high standards of professionalism and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport documents, parcels, and stock between company locations, clients, and suppliers.
- Verify all delivery documents before and after each trip, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain accurate trip records, including destinations, kilometers traveled, and working hours.
- Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
- Ensure timely and professional deliveries while maintaining good customer relations.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues to management.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
- Follow all road safety rules and company policies.
- Assist with other general driving or messenger tasks as assigned.
Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ Valid Code 10 driver’s license
✔ Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)
✔ At least 2 years of driving experience in a similar role
✔ Good knowledge of Boksburg and surrounding areas
✔ Excellent communication and time-management skills
✔ Ability to work independently and under pressure
✔ Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
