Our client in the LPG sector seeks a Code 10 Driver holding a dangerous goods certificate for their Markman depot in Port Elizabeth.
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled pick-ups and deliveries as directed.
- Ensure safe loading of all payload during transit, minimizing stock losses.
- Maintain and upkeep delivery vehicle to ensure optimal functionality.
- Uphold cleanliness and tidiness of the delivery vehicle consistently.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks, accurately complete log sheets, and adhere to driver health check procedures.
- Verify and sign off on correct loading per delivery, matching pick ticket and delivery note.
- Handle truck refueling and submit fuel purchase tickets to the supervisor.
- Support storeman/supervisor with inventory tasks as instructed.
- Participate in all required staff orientation and training sessions.
- Adhere strictly to company Health and Safety protocols at all times.
- Immediately report all incidents to the office and complete Incident Report forms promptly.

- Matric certificate
EXPERIENCE
- Approximately 3 years of driving experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Possession of a valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Valid dangerous goods certificate
- Forklift license (advantageous)

Package & Remuneration Salary range: R10,768.59 per month as per NBC (Bargaining Council)
