U Help Africa needs a Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies.
- Safely load, transport, and unload goods at warehouses and delivery locations.
- Ensure timely deliveries according to the route schedule.
- Verify that the correct stock is delivered to designated stores.
- Accurately complete and maintain delivery documentation.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and clients.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Report any vehicle damages or breakages to the warehouse manager on the same day.
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
- Medically fit to work and capable of lifting heavy objects.
- Excellent driving skills with a responsible and sober approach.
- Non-smoker preferred.
- Proven track record of reliability and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Package & Remuneration:
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
- Salary Range: R450 – R550 per shift.
