Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Knowledge of:
- Public Service Act and Regulations
- Compensation Fund objectives and processes
- Compensation Fund value chain
- PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Customer service principles, particularly Batho Pele
- Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Business writing
- Listening and interpersonal skills
- Telephone etiquette
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify documents for claim registration
- Register claims on the Compensation Fund’s operational system
- Assist employers at the kiosk, online platform, and service centre
- Handle queries and complaints related to services
