Position Title: Client Services Officer: COIDA

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
  • Knowledge of:
    • Public Service Act and Regulations
    • Compensation Fund objectives and processes
    • Compensation Fund value chain
    • PFMA and Treasury Regulations
    • Customer service principles, particularly Batho Pele
  • Skills:
    • Computer literacy
    • Business writing
    • Listening and interpersonal skills
    • Telephone etiquette

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify documents for claim registration
  • Register claims on the Compensation Fund’s operational system
  • Assist employers at the kiosk, online platform, and service centre
  • Handle queries and complaints related to services
