Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Experience: 0 to 6 months

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims using relevant systems and standard operating procedures
- Register employers and verify employee declarations according to regulations
- Process payments for approved claims within prescribed timeframes
- Handle all enquiries related to claims and the claims process
- Perform general administrative support duties within the unit
