Job Title: Client Refund Administrator
Job Overview:
WeBuyCars seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Client Refund Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing all client refund requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role also involves managing incorrect payment requisitions and addressing refunds that do not align with internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client refund communications, including mailbox administration.
- Prepare and process client refund requests.
- Verify documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with filing, mailbox management, and processing payments via the bank.
- Maintain accurate daily records of client refunds in Excel.
- Analyze refund processes and provide feedback to management.
- Perform the first level of payment approvals.

Requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role or within a creditor’s department.
- Owna vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Bilingual proficiency.
