Job Overview:
WeBuyCars is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Refund Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing client refunds while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role also involves following up on incorrect payment requisitions and refund discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client refund communications via email.

Process and prepare client refund requests.

Verify documentation to ensure alignment with company policies.

Assist with mailbox administration, filing, and processing payments.

Maintain accurate records of client refunds in Excel on a daily basis.

Analyze refund processes and provide insights to management.

Perform first-level approval of payments.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate.

2–3 years of experience in a similar role or in a creditors department.

Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Proficiency in Excel.

Bilingual proficiency.
