Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job To provide administrative and marketing support to the Randburg branch agents and management. This role will facilitate marketing requests between the branch and the regional marketing team and serve as the liaison between the two.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and submit marketing campaign briefs from branch agents, ensuring they are uploaded on the dashboard with relevant pictures and ads.
  • Communicate with agents and regional marketing through the Brand Manager, providing updates or changes to the briefs.
  • Order and print marketing collateral to maintain adequate stock for show days, and ensure documentation like mandate packs and listing mandates are available for agents.
  • Coordinate submissions to the regional marketing team for branch and national publications and media.
  • Edit and print brochures using Alchemy, and manage properties marked as “On Show”.
  • Distribute emailers as needed, including “On Show” mailers.
  • Work with agents to create social media content and brief regional marketing for execution when required. Create digital and print marketing materials using Lucidpress templates and Alchemy, keeping templates updated and communicating changes to agents.
  • Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
  • Manage branch signage contracts and renewals, coordinating with signage suppliers alongside the Branch Manager and Brand Manager.
  • Train agents on new marketing collateral developed by regional or national marketing, and assist with any Alchemy needs.
  • Stay updated on Lucidpress developments and communicate these to agents.
  • Assist the regional team with branch marketing events, expos, agent activations, or meetings.
  • Perform any other duties as required by management within your expertise.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum qualification: Matric certificate; a marketing diploma or degree is advantageous
  • 1-3 years in a similar role
