Bid Coordinator/Administrator
As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing opportunities, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Proposals (RFPs). Your duties will include entering accounts and contacts into a CRM system, coordinating with the sales team and management, and providing necessary support. This role demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the capability to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and updating accounts and contacts in the CRM system
- Initiating and tracking opportunities
- Requesting price estimates and proposals
- Conducting analytical reviews of requests
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years in office administration
- Preferred Skills: Bookkeeping experience
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
