Bid Coordinator/Administrator

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing opportunities, including Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Proposals (RFPs). Your duties will include entering accounts and contacts into a CRM system, coordinating with the sales team and management, and providing necessary support. This role demands a keen eye for detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the capability to meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating accounts and contacts in the CRM system
  • Initiating and tracking opportunities
  • Requesting price estimates and proposals
  • Conducting analytical reviews of requests

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in office administration
  • Preferred Skills: Bookkeeping experience
  • Language: Proficiency in English
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
