Full Job Description


Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize regional events and support the national events team.
  • Ensure all events are executed according to company standards.
  • Manage event-related administration, including invoicing, in line with company processes.
  • Maintain relationships with external service providers (venues, caterers, etc.).
  • Oversee event marketing collateral, ensuring stock availability and good condition.
  • Complete and submit quarterly event reports accurately and on time.

Assisting the Distribution Team:

  • Assist in preparing presentation packs for client meetings.
  • Manage the calendar for stakeholder visits, keeping the relevant team members informed.
  • Monitor and record all regional expenses to manage the regional budget.
  • Handle all travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers).
  • Support the Distribution team with monthly expense reconciliation and facilitate the approval process.

Skills and Competencies

  • This role is suited for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who can manage events from start to finish.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle complexity in a high-pressure environment.
  • A commitment to service excellence, especially when executing company events.
