Responsibilities
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize regional events and support the national events team.
- Ensure all events are executed according to company standards.
- Manage event-related administration, including invoicing, in line with company processes.
- Maintain relationships with external service providers (venues, caterers, etc.).
- Oversee event marketing collateral, ensuring stock availability and good condition.
- Complete and submit quarterly event reports accurately and on time.
Assisting the Distribution Team:
- Assist in preparing presentation packs for client meetings.
- Manage the calendar for stakeholder visits, keeping the relevant team members informed.
- Monitor and record all regional expenses to manage the regional budget.
- Handle all travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transfers).
- Support the Distribution team with monthly expense reconciliation and facilitate the approval process.
Skills and Competencies
- This role is suited for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who can manage events from start to finish.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
- A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation are necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle complexity in a high-pressure environment.
- A commitment to service excellence, especially when executing company events.
Education
- A relevant bachelor’s degree.
