Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain records in both paper and digital formats.
  • Handle phone and email queries professionally.
  • Welcome and assist visitors at reception.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage diaries, and arrange meetings/room bookings.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Oversee post and deliveries.
  • Record meeting minutes and prepare reports/letters.
  • Update and maintain databases and office records.
  • Perform printing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Ensure efficient office systems and general administration.
  • Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (e.g., finance, HR).
  • Assist with attendance tracking and timesheet management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.

  • Experience handling attendance and timesheets.
