Job Overview:
A well-established company in Mondeor, Johannesburg, is urgently seeking a competent and organized Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain records in both paper and digital formats.
- Handle phone and email queries professionally.
- Welcome and assist visitors at reception.
- Coordinate schedules, manage diaries, and arrange meetings/room bookings.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Oversee post and deliveries.
- Record meeting minutes and prepare reports/letters.
- Update and maintain databases and office records.
- Perform printing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
- Ensure efficient office systems and general administration.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (e.g., finance, HR).
- Assist with attendance tracking and timesheet management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience handling attendance and timesheets.
- A qualification in payroll, administration, or HR would be advantageous.
