Position: Stock Controller / Administrator
Department: Technical
Reporting to: Technical Manager
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a stock control or inventory administration role.
Function:
Stock Management & Administrative Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all stock movements, including receiving, issuing, and transfers.
- Accurately record and process all stock transactions in the system.
- Maintain proper documentation for all stock-related activities.
- Ensure stock records reflect actual physical stock levels.
- Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams on stock matters.
- Detect and report stock discrepancies or irregularities.
- Assist in routine stock counts and inventory audits.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
