Position: Showroom Administrator

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual to manage documentation, handle customer service interactions, process payments and refunds, and support the daily operations of the HomeChoice Showroom stockroom. The ultimate goal of this role is to contribute to increased sales by delivering exceptional service and efficient administration.
What You’ll Enjoy Doing in This Role:
- Deliver a positive, engaging in-store experience that fosters strong customer relationships and meets their needs.
- Share expert knowledge on products and processes to help customers make confident, informed decisions.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring the space is inviting and aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Handle customer returns and ensure store administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring alignment with current catalogue offerings.
- Perform daily inventory checks to support seamless store operations.
- Keep administrative records and reports up to date, supporting effective store performance tracking.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean store environment for both customers and staff.
- Guide customers through the full shopping journey, including account setup, order processing, and post-purchase support.
- Proactively seek and support opportunities to activate new business and expand the customer base.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF Level 3 or 4
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
