Position: Showroom Administrator

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Showroom Administrator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing documentation, responding to customer inquiries, processing payments, refunds, and credits, and supporting the daily operations of the showroom’s stockroom. Your contribution will directly support our goal of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create meaningful customer interactions by offering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
  • Deliver expert knowledge of products and processes to assist customers in making informed choices.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the showroom is always neat, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Handle product returns and maintain accurate and up-to-date store administration and documentation.
  • Monitor catalogue inventory to ensure alignment with current product offerings.
  • Conduct daily stockroom checks to ensure inventory accuracy and store efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative duties and compile reports to track store performance and progress.
  • Ensure the showroom remains clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members.
  • Guide customers through key processes such as account creation and order placement for a seamless journey.
  • Drive new customer engagement and help expand the customer base by promoting new business activations.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 3 or 4
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role
