Full Job Description

Objectives & Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain JB1 meeting rooms, training rooms, canteens, kitchens, bar, and coffee stations.
  • Welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing refreshments for meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms remain clean and tidy at all times.
  • Log and coordinate maintenance for designated areas.
  • Ensure all equipment in meeting rooms is functional and assist visitors and staff with usage.
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels of consumables and refreshments, including preparing monthly order lists.
  • Provide reception and switchboard support as needed.
  • Handle queries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of internal and client satisfaction.
  • Assist staff and visitors with ad hoc requests.

Facility Management & Reception Duties

  • Adhere to security processes and log access for important clients.
  • Greet and welcome guests professionally.
  • Answer and manage reception phone calls efficiently.
  • Direct calls professionally and promptly and ensure messages reach staff in a timely manner.
  • Guide clients upon arrival.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as courier services.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluent in English.
  • Matric certificate with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
