Overview
Europcar, a prominent car rental company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team player to join their Compliance team at Head Office in Bruma. We invite applications from candidates who enjoy administrative responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, at least three years of relevant administrative experience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Purpose of the Role
This role supports the company’s transformation objectives. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the organisation’s equity goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the National Manager: Operations and Support.
  • Manage and distribute daily management reports, following up on outstanding items and feedback.
  • Prepare monthly reports and compile necessary statistics for management.
  • Submit monthly overtime, walk-up commission, and incentive records to HR/Payroll on time.
  • Keep comprehensive records for the Operations Support Office.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, travel, and other administrative requirements for management.
  • Maintain updated regional organograms and submit to relevant business units.
  • Process and authorize Sage X3 orders on behalf of management.
  • Oversee administrative elements of Occupational Health & Safety in all regions.
  • Update and publish branch network information, delivery/collection areas, Greenway systems, E-commerce updates, and more.
  • Update monthly Mediatech and Close the Loop (NPS) reports.
  • Handle various general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 5 years of administrative experience in a similar corporate environment.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

Preferred Qualification:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems, including Sage X3/People, OnBase, Power BI, and vehicle tracking platforms.
  • Valid, unendorsed driver’s license.
