Position Overview
This role is responsible for providing general administrative support to the Master Data team, with a focus on maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Supply Chain data.

Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent field
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a general administrative role
- At least 2 years of experience using administrative software such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft AX, D365, or similar ERP systems
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify and resolve issues, and clearly communicate solutions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, managers, and colleagues by researching new service methods, setting priorities, and addressing workflow challenges
- Oversee administrative efficiency in alignment with management objectives
- Ensure seamless workflow by documenting required actions, reporting inconsistencies, and addressing ongoing needs
- Support policy and procedure development by researching, drafting, updating, and sharing administrative guidelines with management
- Contribute to administrative projects by recommending and integrating new technologies, streamlining systems, and reallocating resources when needed
- Create and maintain Supply Chain Master Data in line with company policies and data standards
