About the Role:

Our client, a leading company in the financial sector, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Essential).
  • A relevant qualification in Financial Planning, Administration, or Business Management (Advantageous).
  • RE5 Regulatory Exam certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Risk Advisory.
  • Knowledge of FAIS and FICA regulations is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Afrikaans.

  • Financial Product Knowledge – Understanding of investment, insurance, and retirement products.
  • Confidentiality – Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail – Ensuring all documentation and data entry are precise.

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Engaging effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
