Complete job description BDO JHB is seeking a Healthcare Administrator to fill a vacancy. This role reports to the Operations Manager at BDO Wealth Advisers.

The responsibilities will entail assisting the Healthcare Adviser/Consultant in the following areas:

Processing new Healthcare applications Managing changes to plans and withdrawals on existing memberships Communicating with clients via written and verbal channels Recording and maintaining workflow on the workflow system Scanning and archiving all client-related documents Engaging in personal development and training Coordinating with Healthcare Advisers/Consultants

Qualifications and Requirements:

Approximately 2 years of experience in Healthcare administration Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent Class of Business certification Excellent communication abilities Proficiency in computer operation
