Administrator Position – Southern Suburbs, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Administration – Managing financial records and transactions.
  • Staff & Payroll Administration – Handling employee records, payroll, and HR-related tasks.
  • Tenant Administration – Processing correspondence and documentation related to tenants.
  • General Office Administration – Overseeing daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Goods Received Voucher (GRV) Administration – Managing GRV processing.
  • Recipe Costing Processing – Handling cost analysis and processing of recipes.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in office administration.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Transport: Must have own reliable transport.
Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SPAR SIGMA is advantageous.
Integrity: No criminal record or bad credit history (vetting will be conducted).
