Administrative Data Management
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure an efficient transcription process, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system with accurate and accessible records in compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.
- Ensure accurate record management to support an effective Quality Management System.
- Collect, organize, and accurately capture up-to-date materials in the required format.
- Transcribe documents, forms, and templates into standardized document-controlled formats to meet compliance and quality standards.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Achieve daily performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Prepare and submit relevant management information and reports to supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information and documentation at all times.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute them to stakeholders to facilitate adherence to project timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather the necessary information for accurate document transcription.
- Submit completed and approved document templates, forms, and records to the appropriate departments or managers for further action.
- Communicate with management to secure sign-offs on assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with business standards.
Minimum Requirements: Work Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, including:
- Data capturing or typing at a junior level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Matric (Grade 12)
