Job Title: Credit Controller / Debtors Administrator

Job Description:

  • Must be capable of multi-tasking and managing a heavy workload in a high-pressure environment. If you are unable to handle a high level of pressure, please do not apply.
  • Administration of debtor accounts.
  • Credit control duties.
  • Conduct debtors age analysis.
  • Handle COD (Cash on Delivery) customers.
  • Manage the administration of credit limits and credit applications.
  • Cashbook processing and reconciliation.
  • Reconcile creditors’ accounts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in Finance or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounting (up to Trial Balance).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with the internet and email.
  • ACCPAC experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
  • Must be able to work with a sense of urgency in a multitasking environment.
