Role Overview
Purpose of the Job
To support the SA Fund Administration business by providing independent operational risk and compliance oversight, guidance, and support, ensuring alignment with JTC’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct compliance monitoring based on a risk-based compliance plan to offer reasonable assurance to senior management locally and internationally (for services outsourced by JTCSA).
- Assist in the timely, effective, and accurate processing and analysis of ad-hoc or formal compliance breach and error reports for management review and escalation.
- Prepare, process, and analyze all daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports promptly, effectively, and accurately for management review and escalation.
- Support and maintain relevant risk policies for the business, including providing training.
- Contribute to and promote the development of a risk culture throughout the JTC Group.
- Maintain various internal registers.
- Build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Maintain independence from the local business to provide objective challenge and support as needed.

- Experience in risk or internal audit, preferably in a financial services environment.
