Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth workflow in the department.
- Manage costs within the approved budget to drive efficiency.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior leadership.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring timelines are met.
- Provide outstanding service by offering proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Stay up to date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry practices, and implement suitable responses.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative and audit requirements.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for the business unit for easy access and efficient service delivery.
- Oversee all administrative tasks related to the department’s daily operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting and management information.
- Manage team performance, skill development, and support initiatives related to talent, equity, and culture.
- Take ownership of your own learning and development to continuously enhance competencies.
