Introduction: Equinox Field Services seeks a dynamic female candidate to support administrative tasks across various accounts within the group for a fixed four-month term.
Duties & Responsibilities: Outlined below are the job description and responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks to ensure all employees have reported for duty.
- Prepare weekly reports on timesheets to be submitted to HR, utilizing documents such as reports from Regional Managers, daily checks, and leave forms.
- Ensure completion and submission of all leave forms and sick notes to HR.
- Facilitate the completion of contracts, policies, and other pertinent documentation for new hires, submitting completed paperwork to HR.
- Assist in recruitment processes when necessary.
- Submit salary schedules and relevant documentation to HR on a weekly basis.
- Address staff salary queries, coordinating with HR.
- Follow up with Account Managers to obtain outstanding HR documentation daily.
- Assist in booking training and accommodation for various accounts.
- Maintain confidentiality of all HR matters.
- Handle any ad hoc duties as required.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Matriculation.
- Prior experience in administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in prioritization and multitasking.
Package & Remuneration: Salary of up to R 13,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience.
